"Forget about that Jake guy, Jennifer Selvitella and her team are the real State Farm celebrities as far as I’m concerned. As a customer of Jennifer’s for some years I have grown accustomed to receiving excellent service and guidance from everyone at her agency. It’s something I have the luxury of taking for granted, which is a rarity these days in any industry. But every once in a while I am made keenly aware of just how above and beyond the service they provide really is. Just a few days ago I had two very pressing insurance issues: quotes for new car and renter’s policies (both for my son who is leaving for college), the latter of which I needed to have in hand within an hour or risk losing the ideal apartment. Agents Marnie and Janet both immediately jumped on the tasks, and within ten minutes Marnie had a quote for the car insurance and Janet had a quote for the renter’s policy. The kicker - and the proof of their excellence and commitment to the very best customer service - came when I learned that State Farm is not currently writing renter’s insurance policies. Rather than just apologize and send me on my way, Janet made all these necessary arrangements with another provider so that I had what I needed ASAP, and at an excellent rate no less! Who does that?! A two-minute phone call later I had proof of insurance, and shortly thereafter was able to secure the apartment. Jennifer’s team took an imminently stressful situation I had created through lack of planning, made it their immediate priority, and turned it into an afterthought - one that I certainly will not take for granted. That said, if you’re looking for insurance of any type, you truly cannot do any better than Jennifer Selvitella and her team at State Farm. They care, and they put in the effort to prove it."

"Broadly, I'm not a fan of insurance or insurance agents, but since we must have insurance for so many reasons, the team at Jennifer Selvitella's office is great to work with. I've been a customer here since 2007 and whenever I have needed to speak to someone about a policy change or questions about a claim, they have been really helpful and I have always felt like they give me the "inside scoop" on how to get the coverage I need at the best price. They also give great discounts for loyalty and bundling things together--I have shopped around periodically through the years and have never been able to find comparable coverage for less money. I just recently swapped to a new-to-me vehicle and Janet Andrews helped me review my current coverage, get the new vehicle added, and even review my homeowner's coverage (as suggested by my mortgage lender). She was very kind and patient in my many questions about the various policies. And, doing my due diligence, I compared insurance elsewhere for the new car, and the State Farm rate was about 30% lower than the other provider I checked. I highly recommend the Jennifer Selvitella agency if you are looking for insurance."
